The latest The Force Awakens piece posted by Anthony Breznican over at Entertainment Weekly sees director J.J. Abrams discussing the topic of scenes that were ultimately dropped from the final cut of the film. If you’ve seen the film and have watched the various trailers/TV spots that have been released leading up to the debut, you are already aware of certain scenes that are not present or have been altered in the film.
All year long, Star Wars fans have been obsessing over trailers, behind-the-scenes clips, and first look images like they were frames from the Zapruder film, trying to discern what secrets The Force Awakens may hold.
Now that the movie is out, here’s a revelation: Some of those shots are not in the picture at all.
