The Force Awakens: Familiar Voices Return, Explaining The Actions Of R2-D2

You’d probably be pretty hard-pressed to find someone who hasn’t seen The Force Awakens in the theater yet. But even with as much dough as the film has raked in this weekend, there are people out and about who have not had the pleasure of seeing the film yet. So for the sake of spoilers, I’m gonna try and keep the wording for the following two updates as generic as possible.

Entertainment Weekly has posted an article that reveals info on the voices of certain characters from the previous Star Wars films that have made their way into this film.

EW also sheds some light courtesy of J.J. Abrams on a scene towards the end of The Force Awakens that involves R2-D2 and why he “acted” the way he did on screen during that portion of the film.
